Kim Kardashian channels Elizabeth Taylor in more than $2.7 million of Leviev diamonds in the Season 2 trailer for Hulu’s All’s Fair. Page Six Style reported the jewelry breakdown on Oct. 9, and Vogue Brazil independently confirmed the homage and carat totals the same day.

In the clip, Kardashian’s divorce-lawyer character Allura Grant appears in a velvet scorpion cape recalling the look Taylor wore to Princess Grace’s Scorpio-themed 40th birthday party in Monaco in 1969, Page Six said. Taylor paired the original Tiziani Roma cape with the 69.42-carat Taylor-Burton Diamond gifted by Richard Burton that year; she later wore the stone to the 1970 Oscars with a lavender Edith Head gown, the outlet reported. Vogue Brazil restated the Monaco party reference and the pear-shaped Burton gift as the historical template for the trailer look.

Page Six Style identified Kardashian’s stand-ins as Leviev’s Savona necklace, valued at $1.55 million with 44.71 carats of pear-shaped natural diamonds and a 14-carat center stone, plus Aveline drop earrings worth $1.2 million and another 18.08 carats. Vogue Brazil cited the same Page Six Style confirmation while converting the jewelry package to roughly R$13.4 million for Brazilian readers and detailing how the cape-and-diamond pairing recreates Taylor’s 1969 silhouette without claiming the original Burton stone itself appears on screen.

The Savona necklace already had a recent red-carpet run: Mariah Carey wore it last week while launching merch for the 25th anniversary of her Glitter soundtrack, both outlets noted. Season 1 of All’s Fair also nodded to Taylor’s jewelry box when Allura received a ring from the actress’s personal collection, Page Six reported, making the Season 2 trailer homage a continuation of an established costume motif rather than a one-off stunt.

Kardashian’s Taylor connection stretches beyond costume. She interviewed Taylor for Harper’s Bazaar in 2011 weeks before the star’s death at 79, asking which diamonds meant the most; Taylor answered that size matters, “but so does the size of the emotion behind it,” Page Six and Vogue Brazil both recounted. In July 2025 Kardashian walked Balenciaga’s Paris couture show in Taylor’s Mike Todd diamond earrings — a 1957 gift from her third husband later bought at Christie’s for $374,500 — and Fox Nation released Kardashian’s docuseries Elizabeth Taylor: Rebel Superstar that October.

For fashion desks, the trailer is less about plot spoilers than about how celebrity costume still borrows Old Hollywood glamour to telegraph power. Page Six stressed that Taylor’s memoir My Love Affair With Jewelry described armed guards escorting the Burton diamond to the South of France, underlining the mythic scale Kardashian is citing. Vogue Brazil similarly treated the Leviev pieces as a high-jewelry casting choice that lets Allura Grant inhabit Taylor’s Scorpio-party silhouette without recreating the original Burton stone, keeping the homage readable to jewelry watchers and series fans alike.

All’s Fair Season 2 premieres Nov. 4 on Hulu with three episodes, Page Six and Vogue Brazil reported. More fashion and celebrity lifestyle coverage lives on our Lifestyle hub.
