Israel Withdraws Troops from Gaza as Conflict Takes a New Turn

Israel is adjusting its military approach in the protracted conflict with Hamas in Gaza. Having achieved considerable territorial control, the military is now entering a third phase, anticipated to span a minimum of six months.
