Gemini XIII Takes Yea Networks Podcast Slate With Kelly Parker Hire
Gemini XIII is expanding its podcast advertising business by hiring Yea Networks SVP of Sales Kelly Parker and taking exclusive ad representation for Yea’s podcast slate. Radio Ink reported the dual move on Sept. 15, noting Parker arrives with inventory that includes Ana’s Group Chat with Kidd Kraddick Morning Show co-host Ana Szabo, Hold My Crown, and Hey Dude… The 90s Called! with Christine Taylor and David Lascher.
Inside Radio said Gemini XIII will immediately begin packaging the Yea shows for advertising partnerships, giving Yea access to Gemini’s broader sales infrastructure while adding podcast inventory the firm can sell alongside digital video, social, and creator-led content.
COO Charles Steinhauer called Parker “exactly the kind of sales leader we want,” citing her marketplace relationships and focus on opportunities for content partners and advertisers. The hire lands as podcast sales shops increasingly pitch campaigns that stretch beyond audio-only host reads into video and social extensions.
Gemini XIII has been positioning itself as an integrated media partner that can also offer marketing, audience development, production, and brand partnerships — not only inventory sales. Bringing Parker and the Yea slate in together is meant to accelerate that pitch with both talent relationships and ready-to-sell shows.
For the podcast ad market heading into fall, the deal is another signal that mid-size networks and indie sales firms are consolidating inventory and leadership to compete for brand budgets that want multi-platform creator packages.
