South Korean brands SUNGBOON EDITOR and Milk Touch are expanding into Target Beauty Studio across more than 600 U.S. stores and Target.com, bringing a wider K-beauty skincare and makeup assortment into the retailer’s elevated beauty format beginning September 10, according to a PR Newswire announcement dated September 14. The brands sit in Target’s Asian Beauty section inside Beauty Studio, which the retailer describes as a discovery-led destination with more than 1,600 products across 90 brands.

SUNGBOON EDITOR is not new to Target—eight collagen masks were already stocked chainwide—but the expansion lifts the brand into a 29-product routine spanning cleansers, toners, ampoules, creams, pads, mists, and masks. Signature lines highlighted in the release include Deep Collagen, Silk Peptide EGF, PDRN Pink Vitamin, Kojic Acid Niacinamide, Green Tomato NMN, Blue Agave Hyal-Ion, Muscat Grape Vita C, and Red Heartleaf BHA-Lino.

Milk Touch arrives with 39 products across five main categories, including All-Day Milky Glow Cushion Foundation (16 shades), Jelly Fit Tinted Glow Tint, Black Peel Off Lip Tattoo, Glow Up Collagen Lip Balm, and two mascara styles. Joey Chung, U.S. market director at Olive International, called the Beauty Studio launch “an important milestone for both brands” and framed Target as a way to make Korean beauty innovation feel accessible inside an everyday shopping trip.

RetailBoss coverage on September 17 underscored that availability varies by location and that the story is an assortment expansion rather than a first-ever Target foothold for SUNGBOON EDITOR. The report also notes the companies have not published sales targets or claimed every Target door will carry the full expanded sets.

For shoppers, the practical takeaway is a bigger in-aisle K-beauty menu inside Beauty Studio: ingredient-forward Korean skincare routines beside playful Milk Touch color, online and in hundreds of stores. As Target leans harder into global beauty discovery, SUNGBOON EDITOR and Milk Touch become two of the clearer September signals that mass retail is still racing to own the next wave of Asian beauty demand.
