BenDaDonnn Arrested in College Station After Texas A&M Sideline Cameo
Streamer BenDaDonnn was charged with evading arrest after a police confrontation in College Station’s Northgate district following a Texas A&M game, per KBTX and FOX 26.
Streamer and social media personality BenDaDonnn was arrested in College Station, Texas, after police say a confrontation broke out while officers were clearing a crowded street in the Northgate bar district following Texas A&M’s football game on Saturday, KBTX and FOX 26 Houston reported. A man police described as his security guard was also arrested.
KBTX identified the creator as Benjamin Benius Beard, 34, of Miami, a live streamer and influencer known for comedy skits, social media content and music made with well-known entertainers and athletes. He was charged with evading arrest and booked into the Brazos County Detention Center, with bond set at $7,000, according to KBTX. FOX 26 reported that College Station police records confirm the charge and the bond amount.
According to the police account, officers were trying to clear people from the roadway in front of a bar when a group refused to follow their commands. FOX 26 reported that when one officer tried to direct a person out of the road, that person allegedly slapped the officer’s hand away. As the officer moved to detain him, a second man allegedly grabbed the officer and said he was the first man’s security guard. Police said an officer “deployed a less-lethal tool in an attempt to gain compliance” as Beard tried to get away, KBTX reported. FOX 26 noted that police did not say what kind of tool was used.
The second man was identified as Kenny Carter, 29, of Lithonia, Georgia. He was charged with interference with public duties, with bond set at $4,000, both outlets reported. Police said Carter pushed an officer to the ground during the arrest, and FOX 26 reported that police said they found a gun on him. While the two men were waiting at a staging area to be taken to jail, a large “entourage” crowded around officers and had to be told several times to move back, according to police as reported by KBTX.
Hours earlier, Beard had been a welcome guest. KBTX reported that Texas A&M Football’s official X account showed him on the sideline during the game in a post captioned “Aggie Football is @BenDaDonnn and @nicknayersina approved.” The station also cited a clip shared by another X account that appears to show Beard trying to enter the Aggies’ locker room at halftime with cameras rolling before coach Mike Elko had him leave.
In its release, the College Station Police Department said, “Northgate is a great place to go and have a good time, especially after an Aggie football win. However, the dangers our officers face when dealing with overly intoxicated individuals, drivers, and patrons can quickly turn a good night into chaos.” The department also reminded people to leave the roadway when an officer tells them to, not to interfere with an arrest, and never to cross a police line. Neither KBTX nor FOX 26 reported any public comment from Beard, Carter or their representatives. The charges are allegations and have not been tested in court. Verification: Arrest details, charges, bond amounts and the police account come from KBTX’s report by Rusty Surette and FOX 26 Houston’s report by Briahn Hawkins, both published Oct. 4, 2026, citing the College Station Police Department. The two reports agree on the charges and bond amounts.
