Victoria Beckham has put more than $3 million into a company set up to build a skincare line for her daughter, Harper, according to newly filed accounts reported by WWD and the Daily Mail. The brand, expected to be called Harlo by Harper, has not launched yet and is reportedly not due to reach shoppers until 2027.

The investment sits inside H7B Ltd., a name that appears to be a play on Harper Seven Beckham, the 15-year-old’s full name. Both outlets report that the company was set up in October 2024 by Victoria Beckham and Oliver Shipton, who works with her at Victoria Beckham Beauty.

What the filings show

According to WWD, an Oct. 1 filing shows that from the company’s founding through the end of 2025, Beckham invested more than $3 million in the venture. The documents list roughly $3.4 million owed to creditors, due within one year, and spent on “brand creation.” The Daily Mail, which described the paperwork as H7B’s first-ever accounts, put the amount owed to creditors at $3,387,000 and noted that, unusually, the Companies House balance sheet figures are given in dollars. The paper also reported that “amounts owed by group undertakings” come to more than $2.8 million. A spokesperson for Victoria Beckham declined to comment, the Daily Mail said.

A new name for the brand

The brand has already changed names once. WWD reported that a trademark for Harlo by Harper was filed on June 3, covering products including acne treatments, cleansers, moisturizers, SPF, cosmetics, perfumes, and hair and body care. According to the Daily Mail, earlier attempts to trademark the name Haiku by Harper failed, and lawyers acting for Victoria Beckham have sought to trademark “Harlo” in the US.

The Daily Mail, citing sources, reported that the first range could include a cleanser, a toner, a light moisturizer and possibly lip balms, and that the brand will be run as a separate business from Victoria Beckham Beauty. The paper said the plan is to launch toward the second half of next year, likely after Harper sits her GCSE exams, which lines up with WWD’s report that Harlo is expected to arrive in 2027. No official launch date has been announced.

How the idea started

Harper first hinted at business plans of her own in October 2024, the same month H7B was registered, the Daily Mail reported. At an event for one of her mother’s fragrance launches in New York, she wrote on a card that she hoped “to create an amazing brand when I am older,” and Victoria Beckham shared the note on Instagram. Speaking on Emma Grede’s podcast earlier this year, Victoria Beckham said the skincare brand was Harper’s own idea, according to the paper.

A growing teen-founder trend

WWD noted that Harlo would join a growing group of teen-led beauty brands. These include Simply, Yours, the skincare line teen vlogger Salish Matter launched at Sephora with her father, Jordan Matter, and Yes Day, a teen skincare brand founded by Coco Granderson, who is now 14.

The new venture would also put Harper alongside her mother as a beauty founder. Victoria Beckham Beauty debuted in 2019, WWD reported. Victoria Beckham Holdings, which includes the beauty line and her namesake fashion label, posted an operating profit of £7.3 million for the year ending Dec. 31, 2025, according to both outlets, a turnaround from an operating loss the year before.
