Samsung TV Plus launched a fresh slate of creator-led FAST channels spanning the United Kingdom, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, putting Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place, Golf Life, JOE Media, Luke Nguyen’s World, and an expanded Mark Rober TV onto living-room screens without a subscription, Samsung Newsroom and Deadline reported.

In the UK, three channels arrive through aggregator 208 Studios: Happy Place, drawn from Cotton’s wellness podcast that Samsung said carries more than 15 million followers across social platforms; Golf Life, the golf-and-comedy brand from Tubes, Ange, and former footballer Jimmy Bullard with a combined following above 3 million; and JOE Media, which Samsung put at more than 30 million followers across platforms.

Across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines, Luke Nguyen’s World debuts as a first-to-FAST channel with more than 95 episodes across nine series starring the Australian-Vietnamese chef and presenter, whose programming has aired in more than 150 countries, both outlets said.

In Brazil and Mexico, Mark Rober TV expands with dubbed, 24-hour programming from the former NASA engineer. Samsung said Rober’s science and engineering brand reaches more than 79 million followers combined. Deadline framed the Latin America move as distribution growth rather than a brand-new signing.

Salek Brodsky, senior vice president and global head of Samsung TV Plus, said the creator economy is “reshaping how audiences discover and engage with content” and positioned the service as a bridge between digital storytellers and a television environment. Samsung said the free streamer reaches 100 million monthly active users worldwide and already houses channels from Dhar Mann, Michelle Khare, The Try Guys, and Smosh.

For creator-economy readers on Influencers, the announcement is less about inventing new IP than converting existing catalogs into linear, ad-supported channels that do not depend on a short-form feed. Creators keep a second revenue line off content already made; Samsung fills FAST shelves with recognizable names that do not require scripted-drama budgets.

The UK trio’s aggregator model differs from Samsung’s direct creator relationships elsewhere, Deadline noted, while Luke Nguyen’s World is presented as a first FAST footprint for that catalog. Mark Rober’s dubbed expansion tests whether educational YouTube-scale brands travel into Brazilian and Mexican living rooms when the algorithm is removed from the discovery path.

None of the newly announced channels held significant FAST distribution before this week’s launches, and Samsung said they are live now on Samsung Smart TVs in the listed markets. The mix — wellness podcast interviews, golf comedy, millennial news, food travel, and science engineering — gives the service a lifestyle and education skew rather than a pure comedy bet.

Verified facts as of Samsung’s September 25 announcement and Deadline’s report: Happy Place, Golf Life, and JOE Media live in the UK via 208 Studios; Luke Nguyen’s World live in five Asia-Pacific markets with 95-plus episodes; Mark Rober TV expanded to Brazil and Mexico with dubbed 24-hour programming; Samsung TV Plus cited at 100 million monthly active users. Whether FAST ad splits and living-room habits can match feed-era growth will decide if this week’s slate is a catalog dump or a durable second screen for creators.
