the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) successfully resolved a hostage crisis, thwarting a dangerous Hamas group and ensuring the safety of civilians.

Following a hostile act by Hamas, the IDF swiftly intervened to protect Israeli citizens in Kibbutz Be'eri, located near Southern Israel.

The extraordinary video showcases IDF soldiers swiftly neutralizing the Hamas members, effectively halting their advance within minutes. The IDF released this extraordinary video, affirming, "Observe this previously unseen footage of soldiers from the IDF's Shaldag Unit, boldly thwarting terrorists and securing the safety of Kibbutz Be'eri's residents."

The video depicts IDF soldiers engaging the terrorists' vehicle, incapacitating the driver who subsequently loses control. The unit then apprehends the remaining fleeing members of the cell. Concurrently, IDF special forces ensure the safety of Kibbutz Be'eri's residents.

Simultaneously, the IDF prepares for a strategic ground offensive in Gaza, deploying tanks and infantry to dismantle operative cells and disable Hamas launch sites.

Through X, the IDF announced, "Ahead of the next phase of combat, the IDF conducted operations in northern Gaza. Tanks and infantry units targeted multiple terrorist cells, their infrastructure, and launch sites for anti-tank missiles. The soldiers have since exited the area and returned to Israeli territory."

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterates that Israel is in a critical battle for its very existence. He emphasizes that his primary objective in the conflict with Hamas is to "save the nation." He assures that Israel is preparing to send troops into Gaza to dismantle Hamas. This was reported by The Times of Israel.

While he acknowledges the forthcoming ground operation, he withholds specific details regarding when and how. He underscores the importance of safeguarding the lives of Israeli soldiers.

"We are preparing for a ground operation. I won't disclose the timing, the method, or the scale. Nor will I divulge the myriad considerations, most of which are not publicly known. And rightly so. This is how we safeguard our soldiers' lives."

In a televised address to the nation, PM Netanyahu asserts, "Israel is currently engaged in a struggle for its very survival. The war holds two key objectives: the elimination of Hamas by dismantling their military and governance structures, and doing everything possible to secure the release of our hostages."

According to The Times of Israel, PM Netanyahu adds, "Every member of Hamas is in jeopardy -- on the ground and below, both inside and outside Gaza. Collaborating with Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, Minister Benny Gantz, the security cabinet, the chief of staff, and leaders of the security organizations, we are working tirelessly to accomplish the war's objectives until we emerge victorious, all without political considerations."

The goal is clear: "saving the nation, achieving victory." PM Netanyahu affirms that thousands of terrorists have been neutralized, emphasizing that this is only the beginning.

Netanyahu underscores the unanimous decision regarding the timing of the ground operation. "The operation's timing was collectively decided by the war cabinet and the chief of staff," he states.

He asserts, "We will exact the full toll from those murderers, those perpetrators of atrocities... from Hamas-Daesh," in the upcoming ground offensive, as reported by The Times of Israel.

Once again, he urges noncombatant Gazans to seek refuge in southern Gaza.

He acknowledges the profound pain of losing 1,400 lives in the Hamas onslaught, paying tribute to "our brothers and sisters who were senselessly lost and who valiantly fought" against the aggressors.

He pledges to institute days of mourning in honor of those who perished in the assault.

Furthermore, he vows to rebuild the devastated southern kibbutzim and communities.

PM Netanyahu emphasizes that government ministries are formulating comprehensive plans to support the displaced within Israel, similar to measures taken during the COVID-19 crisis.
