Tom Wolf’s (D) desk after it was passed through the state’s House on Wednesday. The legislation would prohibit school districts, state-funded institutions of higher education and other government entities from mandating vaccine passports in order to enter buildings or receive services. Though Democrats tried to argue not allowing the proof of vaccination would make it harder to keep the Pennsylvania population safe, Republicans said the move would simply be a government power grab.
